Hi, I’m Sarah.

I started Oak & Barrel around my own kitchen table in 2009. I wanted wholesome meat I could trust to feed my growing family. What began as a small business grew into full-time work in 2014, and in 2021 we brought the farm to our home in Kentucky.

Today, I raise pasture-raised chicken and pork, along with grass-fed, grass-finished beef and lamb. My three daughters are part of farm life, too. I sell directly to families, so you can order familiar cuts and restock without making it complicated.
