Crock Pot Chili Verde

  • 1 5-8lb Pork Roast
  • 1 can Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 jar Salsa Verde
  • 1 can diced green chilis


  1. Add all ingredients to crock pot. Set on low for 8 hours. After 8 hours, shred tenderloin with two forks or dough hook on a stand mixer. Serve with tortillas and jack cheese.

    This can be made in an instapot instead of your crock pot. Add all ingredients to your instapot and set on high pressure for 3 hours. When time is up, release steam via a quick release.
