Delivery Driver
Open Position: Delivery Driver (Part-Time / Seasonal)
Location: Regional delivery routes (varies by day)
Schedule: 1–2 days per week (potential for more)
Hours: Varies by route (typically 4–8 hours)
About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering customer orders along our scheduled routes.
You’ll be handling orders directly, communicating with customers when needed, and representing the farm during deliveries.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and being on the road.
What the Job Looks Like
• Arrive at the farm to load orders into coolers
• Follow a pre-planned delivery route
• Deliver orders to customers (homes, meeting spots, or drop points)
• Communicate with customers as needed for timing or coordination
• Keep orders organized throughout the route
• Handle any issues or questions professionally
• Return coolers and any remaining product to the farm
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable and on time
• Comfortable driving longer routes
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Able to lift and move coolers (approximately 40–50 lbs)
• Has a reliable vehicle with space for multiple coolers
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
Compensation
• Flat rate per route or hourly (depending on route)
• Mileage or vehicle stipend
• Opportunity for additional work depending on availability
Schedule Details
Delivery routes typically run on set days each week (for example: Louisville, Elizabethtown, Lexington, Berea).
We’ll work together to determine which routes fit your availability.
Commitment
We’re looking for someone dependable who can take ownership of assigned routes and show up consistently.
This role is an important part of the customer experience, so reliability and communication matter.
