This deposit secures your order, with the remaining balance due upon processing.

A quarter beef yields approximately 75 pounds of cuts, including:

• Steaks: 20% (e.g., ribeye, sirloin, T-bone, etc.)
• Roasts: 15% (e.g., chuck, rump, etc.)
• Ground Beef: 60%
• Fat, Bones, and Organs: 5%

Pricing Details:

• Deposit Due Now: $450 (non-refundable)
• Remaining Balance: $450 (Due upon processing)
