Our cattle are raised sustainably on lush pastures, free of hormones and antibiotics, ensuring flavorful, nutrient-dense meat for your family. This deposit secures your order, with the remaining balance due upon processing.
A half beef yields approximately 150 pounds of cuts, including:
- Steaks: 20% (e.g., ribeye, sirloin, T-bone, etc.)
- Roasts: 15% (e.g., chuck, rump, etc.)
- Ground Beef: 60%
- Fat, Bones, and Organs: 5%

- Deposit Due Now: $750 (non-refundable)
- Remaining Balance: $750 (Due upon processing)
