Cream Cheese & Bacon Chicken Breasts

4 slices thick cut bacon, diced
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp butter
4 Chicken Breasts
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoke paprika
Cream Cheese Topping
4oz softened cream cheese
1/4 tsp each garliic powder, onion powder, dried dill
1/2 tsp dried chives
4oz shredded cheese (your choice!)
Preheat oven to 400° and lightly grease a 9X13 baking dish
Cook bacon over medium heat until crispy and set aside, save the grease!
Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
Add butter and vegetable oil to the bacon skillet and heat on medium. Add chicken breasts to skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side
While the chicken cooks, combine cream cheese topping ingredients in a bowl
Once chicken is cooked, remove from skillet and arrange in 9X13 pan
Top each chicken breast with 1/4 of the cream cheese topping, then sprinkle with diced bacon pieces. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top then place in preheated oven. 
Bake aprox. 15-20 minutes until internal chicken temperature reaches 165°
Remove from oven and serve!
