Garlic Ginger Pork Stir Fry

  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp siracha
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 5 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs pork roast, cut into 3 inch strips


  1. whisk together first 3 ingredients and set aside

  2. season pork strips with salt and pepper while oil is heating on medium in a large frying pan

  3. lay pork in a single layer in frying pan and let brown, flip and let brown on other side. you may need to work in batches to avoid overcrowding. once browned, remove from heat and set aside.

  4. raise heat to high and add more oil to the pan if necessary. add garlic and ginger. cook, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds.

  5. add liquids to frying pan and bring to a boil. stir often. when sauce is thick and syrup-like add pok back and stir to coat. serve over hot rice or alone.
