Lemon Chicken Pasta

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded or cut up chicken 
  • ·16 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 lemons or more depending on your affinity for lemons
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • ·Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese


  1. Cook the pasta to your liking
  2. In a bowl, combine the zest from 1 or 2 lemons (based on preference), juice from 2 lemons, 1/3 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Once your pasta is cooked, drain it, and put it in a large bowl. Mix in the sauce from the other bowl, cooked chicken, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Enjoy as is, or add extra lemon or cheese! A sprinkle of parsley is a great addition as well.
