Sausage Gravy

  • 1 lb ground pork with country seasoning
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3-4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper


  1. Brown the sausage in a deep skillet, breaking into small chunks as it cooks. Add in half of the flour and stir until its absorbed by the pork, then slowly add in the rest. Cook for another minute, still stirring. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly.

  2. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until the milk thickens. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
