  • 1.5 lbs Cooked Chicken Breast, finely minced
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Minced Mushrooms
  • 7 oz Gouda Cheese, shredded
  • salt & pepper
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4-6 tsp White Wine
  • Crusty Bread


  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and then slowly stir in the four it until it is absorbed and bubbly (DONT LET IT BURN!)

  2. Slowly add in chicken broth while stirring

  3. Season with salt, pepper, worcesteshire and wine

  4. Add the chicken and mushrooms, stir to combine

  5. Fill 4 oven safe bowls such as ramikens and top with cheese

  6. Place under broiler until cheese is browned and bubbly, about 5 minutes

  7. Serve with crusty bread
