Each pound combines 90% grass-fed and grass-finished ground beef, 5% liver, and 5% heart, all ground together for an easy-to-use blend. Cook it just like regular ground beef in burgers, meatballs, meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, tacos, chili, and more.

Every package is 1 lb, vacuum-sealed, and frozen to keep your freezer stocked and meal prep simple.
